KCBS Sanctioned Qualifying Event Official Iowa State Championship Contest

COOK OFF CATEGORIES:
Contestants must cook all 4 KCBS Meats:

  1. Chicken
  2. Pork Ribs
  3. Pork Shoulder/Butt
  4. Brisket
  5. Dessert (optional)

Early Registration will need to be mailed prior to May 31, 2012.

IOWA STATE BBQ CHAMPIONSHIPS INFORMATION:

  1. Official KCBS rules strictly enforced.
  2. NO food sampling to the public.
  3. FREE ice available on grounds.
  4. Set Up Friday, June 22, 8 am – 4 pm.
  5. Cooks’ Meeting Friday, June 22 @ 5:30 pm
  6. NO Entry Fee Refunded.
  7. Entry Fee entitles cookers to Thursday-Saturday night stay. Bathroom/shower onsite.
  8. LIMITED TO 66 TEAMS – FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!!
